I have always taken great pride in my cooking to bring together the most special recipes that no-one has since been able to replicate. Having worked at Saleem Bagh from the opening night my philosophy is to make sure every dish is cooked with the finest of ingredients and leaves my kitchen to the same high standards I expect from all my chefs.
